Post by faislondon » Sat Jun 29, 2013 7:17 pm

Hi All,

I need your kind advise. I am planning to apply for my wifes Spouse visa in July. I am bit short of financial requirement income. Currently I am working full time. Alo I had my self employment untill Feb this year. Income from self emp plus employment income is exceeding the threshold of £18600.
I got my ILR in march this year. I have already paid NI Class 2 untill June.
I would really appreciate if some one could advise the the accounts that I have is sufficient to include in the application. Since I not doing any self empl work at the moment. Also do I have to pay another NI Class 2 for the next 3 months to show ongoing self empl.

Gurus please advsise. I need to put my wifes file ASAP.

Thank you.
