Visa Refused.

Post by alik28 » Sat Jun 29, 2013 7:39 pm

Hi,

I have got my refusal letter yesterday. I have shown half of money in UK and rest in Pakistan. Here is what they have written on refusal letter.

We have attempted to verify the letter from your bank, using standard procedures, but have been unable to do so.

Money is still available in my account and I have spoken to branch manager and he told me that there was no verification made by HO.

My lawyer advised me to challenge that in court and also send them a review letter with bank letter confirming that money is still available.

Can Please someone advised me what should I ask the bank manager to write on the letter.
