Tier 2 Licence Renewal Time? (Please Help)

Hi, I recently got a job offer from an A rated tier 2 sponsor. However, they are in the process of renewing their licence which they will begin on 1st July 2013 and cannot assign me a CoS until the renewal is done. I am currently on a Tier 4 Student visa which was originally valid until November, 2014 for an MEng course but I completed my studies with a Bachelors in 2013 and now I am not sure if I have 60 days or the usual 4 months after the completion of my course. Can someone please help me in answering the following questions? I would be very grateful to you:

-How long will it take for my employer to renew their licence so that they can assign me a Certificate of Sponsorship?

-How long can I stay on my Tier 4 visa? (60 days due to early completion or 4 months after completion? (My University CAS letter stated that my course is Masters of Engineering and Bachelors of Engineering, but I finished with a Bachelors a year earlier).

-Incase it takes a long time for my employer to renew their licence and I have started working on my tier 4 visa and I run out of time to stay in the UK, then what should I do?

Licence renewal takes about 5 minutes online and the application to renew should be made at least one month before the licence expires.

If they followed the recommended procedure there should not be any impediment to assigning a CoS to you.

Thanks a lot for the reply. But I saw on some websites that it might take upto 14 days for the renewal of a tier 2 licence.
