Can I delay the HSMP process?

While my HSMP application is pending decision which I expect end Sep 2004, I have got a very good job offer from a british charity to work in other than UK. Please help me to know, is there any way that I can delay this process itself or my departure to UK, in case I get approval?

it is up to you, you can delay your entry in uk, but this will create a problem when you apply for renewal of HSMP for next 3 years. You have to decide weather you want HSMP / the other than UK offer. If you think the later is better then forget HSMP. Your career is more important.
