i need your help please please

hi every one
my husband lives in uk and i live in algeria we are going to apply for a spouse visa next month but we are a bit worry because we got married on 20 december2011 and my husband Obtained a judgment for divorce from his ex-wife on 29december2011.9 days after our marriage .
Is this cause us a problem in my apply or no
please please help me advise me im realy worry. and excuse me because my english not well

Sorry, can you clarify, did you marry when your spouse was already married (before the decree absolute or equivalent came into affect)?

my husband was live separatly with his x wife 2years befor our marriage but he obtained the decree absolute 9 days after our marriage we got married on20 12 2011 and the decree of devorce on 29 12 2011
he cannot divorce befor this date because his x wife didnt visit algeria for devorce only after our marriage
wish i can explaine u my problem

Therefore, was your spouse able to marry as he was not divorced? If not it wasn't a legal marriage.

my husband wanted devorce but his x wife was refuse so me and he decided to marry we cannot wait more time so when she knew that we married she axept to devorce

This is the important part of the link:
Any previous marriage of either party must first have been validly terminated in the eyes of English law

Your husband wasn't free to marry you under UK law.
