URGENT HELP NEEDED - Switching from PSW to Tier 2 General

It would be very helpful if anyone could answer my questions.
Basically I am currently on PSW visa and working with an aviation company for last 1.5 years. The company is in state to sponsor me on Tier 2 General visa.
I am 23 years of age holding Software Engineer title and earning £23,000pa.
Would anyone be able to tell me that what is the minimum salary to get eligible for the visa and which code?
Do I classify as New Entrant??

Salary needs to be £20,300 or whatever is on the Codes of Practice - whichever is higher.

Silly question, would you able to tell me the code of practice code. It would be really helpful.
I just want to confirm that I am looking at right code and is it NQF level 6 I had to look into?
