Referee

Hi,

I am going to appy for MN1 for my kids. ( From the MN1 Form One referee should be a professional who has engaged with the child in a professional capacity, such as a teacher, health visitor) for that ,I have got a signature from School teacher as first Referee. ( From MN1 Form The other referee must normally be the holder of a British citizen passport and either a professional person or over the age of 25.) Second Referee is my friend who has his Ltd company but not a British. But the first Referee is British. Is it compulsary that the second or other refree must be a British. Please guru's guide me that do I need to get a signature from the British for the second referee or is it ok go with my friend signature.
