I am wondering if any one can help me.

Tier 1 General visa 17 February 2009
Tier 1 General visa expires 16 February 2012
Tier 1 General extension visa granted on 26 April 2012.
Tier 1 General extension visa will expire on 26 April 2014.

My 5 years for ILR will be on 16 February 2014. There is a gap between initial Tier 1 expiry date and Tier 1 extension grant.

Should I apply for ILR on or after 16 February 2014, though my visa will expire on 26 April 2014.

I was in the UK when I got tier 1 general visa on 17 February 2009. I was on PSW.
