Does the Home office do a check on Bank account?

Post by aleena1 » Mon Jul 01, 2013 7:49 pm

Hi all,

I have applied for my spouses visa 2 months ago, and I had considerable amount of savings when I applied.

But due to repairing my house (emergency) my savings have reduced a bit. Will the UK home office reject my spouses visa application?????? I am very worried at the moment :(

I am working and I am getting more than what is required in order to meet the UKBA financial requirements.

I really hope they dont reject my application. I am very stressed at the moment. Please pray for me

Under the new rules, they are not interested in your savings or outgoing expenses as long as you meet the main requirement which is you earn £18600 and above
