Can i apply uk visit visa

Hi all respectable members


I have visited uk on student visa 2011 and come back in time 2012. After that i got italy schengen visit visa 2012, but could not travel . And now i again applied italy schengen visit visa but they refused me . they write in refusal letter these words you are not reliable for this visit .

my question is that , now can i apply uk visit visa .
1.is this refusal stamped will disturb my uk visit visa

any help in this regad will be highly appreciated
