Urgent Regarding tax from employer

Hi,
I Am old style work permit , which is going to expire in november, my employer was blackmailing me from long time as he also did not paid my tax at least from one year and ask me for 100000 pounds for indefinite which is voice recordable.
Today i had meeting with him and said me that he agree to do paper work for me but he is scared to pay my tax from last year and want to see my solicitor for that.
1. Is it possible for employer to pay my tax from last one year so at the time of ilr there is no problem.
2. Can any body suggest me best solicitor in west london so i can discuss all my case with him and get advice for both options regarding ilr and voice recordable blackmailing with me.
Please reply me urgently or if any body sailing in same boat share his situation with me.
