Required documents???

Post by ireboinow » Tue Jul 02, 2013 10:51 am

Hi all...
Just have a quick question for you guys out there...do you still have to submit a Police Clearance Certificate from the country you were born in when you apply for citizenship? It's not being mentioned in the list of required documents you have to submit when applying.2 of my friends are only applying for citizenship now after being here for like 12 years. When I applied in 2007 it was still required to submit :D
Thanks in advance for your help on this one!!

Hi,no u no need to require to submit police clearance,as they do it themselves by sending your name to the garda headquarters n superintendant to know evrything about ur record, if u have been a good character to the country.and it is one of the major step they take to prepare ur file and application.
