PBS migrant marrying a canadian national here

new to this forum here, so not to sure if it has been discussed before here.

a friend(on PBS) of mine looking to marry a Canadian national here(nearly 3 months here)..is that possible to marry?

after marriage can switch to spouse visa?

if not possible then what visa required and what document required?

no visa as Canadian passport holder can have upto 6months stay here.

They can get married - but the Canadian will need to return back to get the dependant visa.

i married a Canadian in England while she was on a 6 month holiday visa and had no problems when returned to Canada ...but will need to apply from their home country for visa

Holiday visa is the same as the visa granted at the border for entry.
