no council tax receipts

I got married to my German wife on the 08/03/2013.Soon after our marriage we applied for my visa, we have just recently received a letter inviting us for us an interview on the 12.07.2013. In the letter there are certain documents that are required, there is one in concern for us and that is council tax receipts for the last two years, I unfortunately dont have any apart from the last two months since I stayed in a house share agreement where the monthly amount paid would cover my council tax and utility bills. Now i have my interview in a week and half time please do advice what is the best option for me. I am a Nepalese citizen.
