10 years ILR

Hi Guys,

1) Did any one applied new 10 years long residency using new set(LR).
2)How long does it takes to get visa?
3) I have refusal stamp in the past , but recovered with student status in UK. Does any past refusals effect my application?

Please suggest.

Were you at any point an overstayer? If so, for how long?

Never overstayed..

I got Tier 2 rejection in Feb 17/2011 , but before that I applied for student by expecting tier 2 rejection and got the student visa in April 4/2011.
Due to this, I got gap from Dec 2010 to April 2011,During this time passport was with HO.I believe its not overstay isn't?

Does any refusals effect LR application.?

decision timings for new form set(LR)? As I got few travelling plans.

Please suggest.
