Entrepreneurial team joining existing Business as partners.

Post by MTZ510 » Tue Jul 02, 2013 10:38 pm

- Applying from Pakistan
- Entrepreneur Team
- Joint Account of 200k for both entrepreneurial team members.
- Business plan of joining existing business.

I am preapring to apply for Tier 1 Visa 200K category with a business plan of existing business.
Question is whether its acceptable to join existing business by team members because the business will eventually have three partners the first existing partner and two new partners.

Will appreciate opinions by senior members

Thanks

Yes it is totally fine to join existing business already having partners as far as you can show evidence of your own investment in that business

Having a partnership in business can help in several ways. The first being: one partner may have one set of talents and the other may have another set of talents. If you combine those two together, this will allow the flow of ideas to come out. Another benefit is that if you have a buy-sell agreement in a business partnership, the business will stay alive if the other partner passes on or becomes unable to work the business.
