investment with a british partner

My question is
Can one invest in a new business with a partner who is a british national but his end of money is borrowed from the bank ( £ 75k each investment)
Also if this business employs 6 employees and your other business (£125k investment) employs 4 are you eligible for the fast track (3 yr indefinate) under 10 employment created rule[/u]

yes u can as u have spent 200k of ur own money and created 10jobs regardless how many business u have established.
