attend englsih course on visitor visa?

can someone who has visitor visa attend english course ?

Only the student visitors can join short term courses including english language.

Ok cheers. Then what if someone who has 10 years visitor visa apply student visitor's visa? The ten year visitor visa will be revoked or he can have 2 different visas same time?

Are you sure that is there any visit visa with the 10 years validity? If the purpose is to study english language then almost in every country these kind of courses available which are recognized at worldwide such as IELTS/TOEFL etc.

Yes Yes Yes, there is 10 years visitor visa in UK.

I didnt ask is there any english course in a country. I asked can he apply student visitor visa in order to attend english course in UK without losing his 10 years family visit visa?

Most likely the old one will be cancelled on the issuance of new one as because both will not co-exist.
