advice needed for financial requirements thanx

Post by rowgizb13 » Wed Jul 03, 2013 3:10 pm

I am a British citizen and a widow with 3 young children. I am struggling to find work that pays the 18600 required for my Egyptian fiancée and I to live in the UK together when we marry which we plan to do in Egypt soon, I am entitled to child tax credits etc but I do not know if this can be counted in the income, also I want to know if we would be able to apply for a successful visa while earning less than 18600 under exceptional circumstances due to my kids and I being unable to move to Egypt due to family, skin tone as we all have very pale skin and burn easily. and schooling there would be beyond our financial means. Thank you in advance for any advice u can give me so my family can b complete.

Unless you are receiving Carers Allowance or a Disability benefit there is variation. You could try the EEA - route using the Surrinder Singh ruling. See http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... 14&start=0

Having fair skin and school costs won't be considered as compassionate circumstances. The financial level is mandatory.
