New English Requirment & Dependent

Hi

I am bit confused about new English requirment about my wife. She has Masters in English from Pakistan, Does she need taking a new course to prove her english skills or will that be sufficient. We are going to apply for ILR in Feb 2014. Just to add some information I went into Tier 2 General calculator so that i could see if that degree earns english language points or not. it did earns 10 points for Masters in English. Does it means if it earned points in UKBA Tier 2 General Calculator( even thought she has nothing to do with that i just thought to check what points that degreee earns) then this desgree will be sufficent for New English Requirment for applying ILR which will be effective from Oct 2013.
