Hi ,

In 6.2 regarding reason for abscence what would be the answer.
for e.g.
I was out to india for family visit between 17/07/2009 and 02/08/2009 and it was a paid annual leave . So , which of the below three option is appropraite?
1.) Paid Annual Leave
2.) Family Visit
3.) Paid Annual Leave/Family Visit
