Waiting for Biometric - How to contact UKBA?

I am waiting for my Biometric Invitation Letter for last 2 weeks. How do I contact UKBA if it doesn't come for another 2 weeks (as i understand , 4 weeks is the timeline to receive the invitation).

What is the best time to call UKBA ? What options should be chosen on the automated call?
