NEED URGENTLY HELP PLEASE. Hi, we applied Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa via PSW as a team in 19/09/2012 and received refusal letter 03/07/13 and we already invested money on our company and running business last 16 months. HO raised following points same me any my partner that is.
1- We are not satisfied regarding contract between you and third party.
2- Company director appointment report not in proper formats.
3- That you did MBA and your partner did MSc and how you can run IT/Computer Consultancy services.
4- Your advertisement is not on live.

Please what can we do now because time is very short? Please give us favour we are waiting yours guidance.

Sorry to hear abt ur aappeal. Get a good lawyer n go for appeal. Objections raised are easily defenable. Best of luck

yes go for appeal.... as the objection raised has no grounds.....

If the current appointment report was in wrong format then they should asked for the new one according to flexibility law of evidence as mentioned in the policy.

why are they not satisfied with the contract any reason???? if no reason given then this objection is easily challenged.

Have they interviewed you guys??? if not then the how could they judge that u wouldn't be able to run business because u did MBA and ur partner did MCS... so in my opinion again not a strong point.

Advertisement is not live??? i didn't understand that.... do they mean it should be live till now ??? if that what they meant then its just a addition of point toward the refusal..

i must say get a good lawyer and go for appeal as those points has no base according to law and policy

No any interview, we applied 10/09/12 and after that received refusal 03/07/13. Anyhow thanks for everybody to supporting me in this time.
