how many weeks or months that of communating with your partner abroad does the german embassy required for them to grant you a visa for civil partnership?my boyfriend ang I met on the internet for few weeks now and he will be visiting me by december and planning to appy for it,will the embassy take it to consideration to think we are 5 months in a relationship by then.

Firstly, you and your boyfriend are not in a civil partnership, unless something of the sort exist via the internet, Otherwise, your boyfriend will have to apply for a schengen vsa like anyone else without any ties to an EU national. Doubt 5 months relationship via internet will cut it as a durable relationship under EU law.

Are you a guy in a relationship with a guy? If yes you're still not in civil partnership unless you declare that in the registrar office.

I presume you want to find out about relationship visa to a non-eu national? Such application requires that you both be in relationship for 2 years or more, live in the same house, etc.

Meeting someone on the internet is not considered as durable relationship
