Tier 2 salary

hi,
I'm with my employer since 2009 with Tier 2 (general). I have to renew my visa for the third time this year. Till now they offered me the CoS with appropriate salary etc.
This year when they tried to get the CoS it appeared that UKBA has increased the minimum salary for civil engineers to £27,900 which is quite high compared to my current salary.
What can be done in this regard? I'm not sure my employer will be keen to increase the salary to match the figure.

Any idea? Urgent response will be appreciated.

Look for another sponsor or if ur sponsor can't let u go ask them to increase the salary otherwise it's bad news :(
