How to explain my administrative review of Tier 1 to the cas

Post by stjack » Thu Jul 04, 2013 10:21 am

Hi All,

I first applied my Tier 1 General Visa in China at 8 March,2010 and refused because material I submitted.

Then I submitted another application at 10th, March, 2010 again. This application was refused as well.

I submitted an administration review about consulate's decision. I got my Visa at 15th, July 2010, which is valid from 1st August,2010. (3 years)

We all know that from 6,April, home office changed their Tier1 General visa rules.

My problem is: since I need to apply for my Tier1 visa extension now.How do I explain my situation to caseworker that my initial application is under the rules BEFORE 6,April 2010?

I don't have any documents to prove administrative review because I never got any. There is only two application date printed on my visa (8/3 and 10/3 respectively)

That's very important since I can only claim my previous earning based on rules before 6 April,2010 or I couldn't get enough points of earning.

Great appreciated for any advice or ideas.

Regards,

Jack

Hi,

Make an application as usual, they would tak the details from your UK Visa number which is on the top right hand side corner, passport number or date of birth. They would have definetly have all the details.

Mention everything on the covering letter.

Thanks
