Transit visa for norway

Post by suzuki1985 » Thu Jul 04, 2013 10:34 am

Hello,

Sorry if opened topic for incorrect section. I have UK EAA family permit residency untill 2018, My question is Do i need airport transit visa for norway. My route will be like that london-oslo-istanbul, just i will wait in airport for 5 hours. I have contacted with norway embassy in london, she said to me that i dont now, contact with norwegian immigration office, i called them, no one didnt pick up to phone. If someone knows and shares with me, i appreciate

p.s. I will fly without my EU family member

The schengen visa rules state that EU family members do not require a visa for transiting.

It doesn't matter. Why don't you read the shengen visa code - see article3
