Expired tier-1 EU spouse

Hi guys,

Here is my situation: My tier-1 expired last week. I was not able to roll it over because i did not work for the last year and did not meet the requirements. Currently i am in France. My wife and kids are French.
They are not keen to settle in the UK.
Do i have any options to get UK work permit given my situation?
i.e. reactivate my tier-1 or move to UK for work while my family will stay in France.

I dont think there's such a thing as reactivate tier1, all i know is u'll have to apply for a new visa under a category suitable to u. And ofcourse, u must know that tier1-general has been closed.
