Withdraw t1 and switching t4

Hi guys,
Does anyone know what would be the time scale for t4 general application. I applied on 9/5/2013 after withdrawing t1, Still not even acknowledgement or biometric invitation

Any advise.

It was a postal order my friend.

If you have a copy of that Postal Order or reference number then still from post office you can ask whether its being cashed. And also contact your institute whether any correspondence/email has been exchanged from UKBA. But best would be to contact them as well.
