Regarding is application for ror,

Is self employe the refuse him
For what know reason

1- they ask him that they can Tracy how
He come in to uk
2- They say his apsolute finalise on18.014.13
And her ex eu do tax return on 29.04.13
3- They say he apply for ror after two wk of
Confirmation of divource approve and he
Did not add sufficient invoice
So they now revoke is resident and retain Is passport
Pls can some one tell me how can we go about this
Issue because I don't know what hells they want.

All what they ask for is not wright by eu law
Because eu law your eu he or she need
To exercise till initiation of divource not
On till the day the divource finalise
And when they issued resident they say
Any change of saconstance let ours know
So I don't understand home office again oo

Oke1 I really struggle to understand you . I just need to clarify something; please be aware that your eea national need to be exercising treaty right up until divorce proceeding are finalised.
