ILR - From TIER1 General

Post by Syedahyder » Thu Jul 04, 2013 5:51 pm

Hi,

I would like to have an advice on my ILR application - Earning requirements.

In 2011 I had my 3+2 Tier 1 Genral application extension and the earnings I had then was 32K.
Now in 1 month I have to my ILR application. I am not sure how much I should required. Do I have to show as per my last application ( which is 32K) or do I have to show the standard 20 points (which will be appx 23K).

Advice appreciated.

Regards

Syd.

Your question is a bit vague. If you use the points calculator on UKBA it will tell you how many points you need/have got for a successful ILR. It is as simple as that.

Use UKBA Online Calculator. It will exactly show you how much points you need for earning.

You don't need to match your earning of your last application..... You can show your current earning and claim points on it ..... Just make sure that you have enough to cover the required points....
