Hello there,
My mum and dad (Indian nationals) are currently in the UK on a UK tourist visa. Before travelling to UK, they got the multiple entry Schengen tourist visa issued by Belgium embassy in Delhi (India) as we were planning to visit Belgium.
Plans have now changed and we want to visit Greece (again in the Schengen region) instead. We are told that since the Schengen visa was issued by Belgium, they have to go to Belgium first. If we go to Greece without touching Belgium, would they be refused entry?
It makes no sense for us to apply another schengen visa for the same period from Greece as they will be going there first.
Can someone advise please? Has anyone expereinced this type of any issue? How strict can Greek Immigration control be on this issue?
Many thanks for your help.
