Problem Printing OCI Status Report

Dear Forum,

My OCi card/documents are ready for collection at London.
I am facing difficulty printing OCI status report to collect OCI card.

The status report has no print option and icon for print command and comes as encrypted document with no option to cut past etc..

please reply if you know how to sort this out

Document requirements to collect OCI Card via Post(family of 4)
do i need to send status report +passports via SD and one SD self addressed envelop?

On the top before minimize button if you place the cursor and right click, you have print option
