PLEASE HELP ABOUT SALARY FOR TIER 2

Hi there,

i am going to apply tier 2 visa in this month and i got everything. still there are some confusion about salary. my company they choose SOC code 3538, where salary need to be minimum £21300, but my company they offerring £22000 including allowance of £1000. that means 21000 + 1000 = £22000.

now please advice is it going to be accepted by UKBA or need to change. please advice.

read paras 78 and 79 of the T2 policy guidance as to what allowances are acceptable for adding to the salary.
