Hi,
This is regarding tier 2 visa extension. I received my visa in november 2011, now extension is due in november 2013. I have few questions:
1: My SOC for which i was granted visa, they have now changed to "ineligible-other". I think I can apply for extension using the "other" route as I was previously granted leave under this category. Am I correct?
2: currently, I am being paid appropriate rate but lower hours so my salary is less than 20,300. What should i do about this?
3: do i need to submit pay slips as well and if yes then how many months?
4: if i ask my company to increase my hours or rate now, will that affect my extension application in any way?
5: what does my employer need to do now for my extension? will he need to apply for unrestricted COS? what is the actual process of extending tier 2 for employees?
