Age & Previous Earning Query?

Dear Members,

I am bit confused about the previous earning that how many points i need for my ILR?
I am 31 years old Now
I got my first HSMP 2yrs Visa on 28/06/2009 at that time my age was below 27years so they awarded me 20 points for age and 20 points for previous earning.
Then I got my 3 yrs Tier1 General Extension my age was below 28 so awarded 20 points for age, 20 points for previous earning that was 25K, 30 points for qualification and 5 points for UK Experience. Total Points 75

Now can some one guide me please how many total points i need to qualify for ILR?? while i am 31 years old now? or HO will award me points on my age that was 27 at time of my first HSMP VISA
How much previous earning i need?? 24k or more this time ???
I am applying my ILR Next year in June.


Would be highly appreciated if some one guide me on this.

Please note if u read form carefully its says age at first time application.

So as per ur info here it is less then 27 when u first applied so it is 20 points for ur age as per now forms you never know this might change ,HO changes rules and forms now and then you cannot predict after one year rules.

You only need to show 24k plus however it is advisable you make sure that ur employer pays tax on ur behalf regularly .

For that you might call Hmrc directly and ask for employment history 5 yrs normally in your case if you call now 4 yrs. , so you know where you stand.
