Hi everyone, I have been a quite member of this forum for quite long the way this forum working is quite encouraging and informative for the new as well as people coming across the problems in term of their visas or/and other reverences.
I have come up with a question in terms of supplying a contract under Tier 1 Ent. Cat. where contract should include e.g. Business Client contact Details or whatever UKBA stipulates in the guidance provided. when we talk about the business and supplying a contract as to show the business trading activity then we talk about the nature of business and according to nature of business contract is designed, made and then signed by both parties but if I look at my nature of business I(Limited Company)provide/offer short employ ability courses to individuals our targeted niche is unemployed people and the standing document in the middle binds parties is signed application form could it be used as a contract as application form to be used as a contract will contain everything as described by guidance keeping in mind that a word contract is term and is designed according to what is needed or nature of services being provided.
if for instance is said an application form cannot be considered as a contract what other document may stand in between an individual wanting to do a short course at an academy and academy which can be called a contract.
I would really appreciate you guys opinion on this, have your say please
