Formal / Covering Letter - FLR(m) to SET(m) OLD RULES

Hi Forum,

I am very new to this forum and would seek some help drafting a covering letter. I am applying FLR(m) next week and I am eligible under old rules (Pre-July). I need a letter stating that I do not have to show income threshold under old rules and also I am eligible to apply for SET(m) after I obtain the FLR(m) as I have complete two years under PBS.
