Hi all, first of all thank you in advance for all your opinions and advice.
I will be applying for ILR in a few months time. I will be eligible for 10 years long residence soon and my FLR(M) will also be expiring around the same time.
1. What I'd like to know is does one have better chance than the other?
2. Can I apply for SET(LR) in stead of SET(M)? The reason for this is because my partner who is a British citizen has lost his job recently and we are both relying solely on my income at the moment. I'm just worried my partner not having a job will lower my chances of being successful in SET(M). Would that be a big problem?
Having said that, I'm also currently leaning towards the SET(M) at the moment because if i managed to get an appointment through PEO, i can get it over with very quickly but at the same time i'm worried about my chances because of my partner's unemployment.
What are your thoughts guys? Your help would be very much appreciated.
Thank you all.
