When was your wife granted a PBS dep visa and when does it expire? Were your children born in the UK?

Yes NARIC should show that the degree is equivalent to a UK bachelor's degree or above and you should have evidence it was taught in English i.e. original certificate of your award.

Undertaking should not be required.
