Business loan agreement require???

Hi All
Q1. I have transferred part of my investment into business account and paid some amount for business space rent and advance from same account. In this case do I have to get done "Secure/Insecure" business loan agreement with solicitors before sending my application to Home office.

Q2. Do I really have to be member of the business body?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

A1. I believe if we want to claim the amount of money that we have transferred in business account as investment then yes OR if you do not want to claim that amount as investment and is showing full 50k separately then you do not need such loan agreement. But wait for other reply to clarify
A2. If you are member then it will make your application stronger. However, its a optional document.
