Out of job 4 months before PR

Hi, I came to the UK in 2008 nov under 5 year work permit and I have been employed under the same employer since then. On July 3rd the lease of the Restaurant expired and since then I am out of Job . I have been trying different jobs but out of luck. The worst thing is I can apply for my PR in October which is just 3 months from now. It's really annoying and stressfull when you have a family. I worked with these employers till the lease expired because they promised me that they will still keep me for their new project( restaurant ) but they never had any plans for new one. I know that when you go for the PR we have to show the salary slips( I have till may 2013) and that you have a job to continue in his country. But what I have is my P60 for 2012-13 and bank statements. Is there any way out of it.
I hope someone out there can help me out.
We have also passed our Life in Uk test.
