Can someone is allowed to do temporary contract job

One of my friend who is on student visa is offered to do one month contract full time job on student visa in summer after his graduation. can he do the full time job after his graduation till he apply for new student visa? thanks

Yes if the course has been finished and that surplus length of time was actually granted with the same visa with the right of work was given. However, if the course ended earlier and the remaining visa is more than 6 months then the remaining visa will be reduced to 60 days otherwise not.

thanks, actually he was on old student visa (not Tier 4 visa). He graduated in june and his visa finishing on 28 september. yes visa was granted with this original course. so i hope it should be fine?
