Hi All,

Has anyone come across or heard that after appeal hearing, the visa was granted.

I have tried to search for this all over the forum, but couldn't find one.

Please comment, as i would like to know is it worth appealing and waiting for months to get hearing date and spending hefty amount on these barristers.
OR
Go for a fresh application?

Well pointed. I have always wanted to discuss regarding this. You cannot find any such case on internet. This is because we have no news on the end result of appeal cases. All we could find on the internet is that people having their appeals allowed and waiting for months for the issue of visa. But i have not come across any success case for In-Country appeals. Please if anyone come across any such granting of visa post appeal, kindly do post here on the forum for the benefit of others.

To me this looks like very important issue to discuss as we discuss and spend time on many things about the appeal and more money without knowing what is actually bound to happen at the end.

What was ur reason of refusal ?

Thanks for your comment.
2 reasons for rejection
1) Third party bank letter from india doesnt have my name mentioned.
2) I mentioned Director in the Job title when filled the application, but they would like to know my post in the company as i applied based on PSW.
