Q 1.17 - addresses for past 5 years

Hi, appreciate if somebody can help to answer above question. I lived in a flat from may 2008 until march 2012. But i also rented a second flat from October 2008 to October 2010. I havent lived in the second flat but sub-let it to my friends. All bills(including) council tax are on my name and no dues/delays in any payments during this period for second flat. The landlord of second flat is fully aware of this arrangement and so all legal.

now, what address should i fill in for Q1.17 - is it just first flat where i lived in or both addresses?

Thanks.

the address where you lived.

you can own / rent multiple properties but only one should be primary / main residence.
