Hi All,

I had my visa rejected after nearly 1 year of wait, i have applied for appeal and my appeal hearing date is on the 13th of august.
But looking into this forum i dont see any positive results in appeal...i am planning to withdraw my appeal and make a new application.

I dont want to use a solicitor anymore, i want to do this fresh application on my own.

Now my point is, whats the procedure to withdraw from my appeal?
How many days notice do i have to give them before i withdraw?

Also please let me know ur valuable feedback about the new application.

My PSW expired on 26th of july last year and i am waiting for this entrepreneur visa decision....It was rejected and i have appealed before 28days time.
