Procedural Question for Follow Up Documents Requested

Hi all,

Out of curiosity, I have the following question :

If an application is made (MN1 for example) and a month down the line, the caseworker requests further documents, and these are provided, does -

a) The application continue at the point where it left off (with the same caseworker or another?)? .... quicker turnaround.

OR

b) The application goes to the back of the "queue" again and is assigned to a caseworker (either the same or another one?)? ... longer turnaround.

Any ideas about which it might would be appreciated.
