Application for reconsideration

UKBA refused my visa. Several times I wrote to the case worker who decided my case for the reconsideration of application. But he is not responding me. Is there any way to make them to reconsider my application?

Solicitors before filing appeal prefer to send Application for reconsideration on behalf of applicant.

What was the reason for refusal?

One of the document was held forged by UKBA. So they refused.

I wrote application for reconsideration along with additional documents to prove that the document is not forge. But no response from UKBA.

Did UKBA returned all the documents including your passport?
Which document they classified as forged?

they returned all the documents except one which details the earnings claimed (the same was held forged).
