Advice

I have questions, which documents we need to submit...

Dear All

I am in UK since 2004 on student visa and since July 2009 on Tier 1 Gerernal. My wife also joined me as dependent since August 2011. I had extension in July 2012 for 2 more years i.e until July 2014.

I went to India in August 2012 while wife was pregnent and we had delvery there. Since August 2012 to June 2013 (11 months) I was in India. I just return to UK. My wife and baby girl still in India. Though I am ACCA qualified and having years of experience, I found a job in a week and started working.

My question is my wife got a visa already but I like to arrange my daughter's visa as my Tier 1 genernal documents.

Can you please let me know which documents required? From UKBA site, they only mention about fund requirement.

Can I submit NRI FDs from India as fund requirements? Can I submit employment letter? As such I don't have 3 months payslips as I just started working.

Please advice.
