Started as dependent, now Tier 1 - applying for ILR

Post by ellec13 » Tue Jul 09, 2013 11:19 am

My husband and I first arrived in the UK in April 2008. He was sponsored by his employer and I was his dependent. In March 2009, we swtiched categories whereby I was a Tier 1 General Migrant (old highly skilled) and he was my dependent.

I now want to apply for ILR. I have spent 1 year as a dependent and 4 years as a Tier 1 Migrant - do I qualify?

Thank you
